Lakeside Massage Studio's Office Policies

We at Lakeside Massage Studio work by appointment only. Please schedule in advance to secure you desired date and time. We ask that you show up 5-10 minutes early to fill out the paperwork (don't worry it's not too bad!) And this will give enough time for you and your therapist to discuss your goals for treatment. To save time you may also go to our Client Forms page and download the intake form, and fill this out ahead of time, so we can have more time to discuss you!

Cancellation Policy

Our time is very important to us, we have to organize and juggle many things to arrange our time at the studio. We ask that you give us a 24 hour advance notice of any cancellation. If you don't show up we will bill you an additional 30.00, if you are a client of ours already or full price will be due if you are a new client, this includes gift certificates. If this happens several times we may have to terminate our professional relationship.If you are late for your appointment, the time will end when your scheduled time was supposed to end. If you need to cancel because of an emergency, please call us and we can discuss the situation. We don't want to have to enforce strict rules so please just keep track of your own appointments and give us the 24 hour advance call to eliminate any issues! We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Payments Accepted at Lakeside Massage Studio

We accept all major credit cards as well as, cash and check. The make a payment option on the "make a payment page" is set up right now for Shannon Crossman LMP only. But all credit cards will be accepted at the Studio. Bounced checks will be billed 25.00 per check.
